Ronin Real Estate Development is a closely held South Florida company, with an emphasis on major renovations and new construction. We are a fully licensed and insured Florida General Contractor. We are also a fully licensed commerical and residential Pool Builder. Both licenses are held in Florida statewide. Ronin is now Certified in Mold Remediation. We have over 35 years experience in residential home building, commercial, and high rise construction.

Victor DiPilato is one of Ronin’s two owners and is the qualifier of the company. He holds two state licenses. The general contractor license (CGC1506222) and the commerical Pool license (CPC1457660). He also holds a Certification for Mold Remediation. He has over 35 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. DiPilato’s focus at Ronin is the technical aspects of the construction projects, including the selection of the sub-contractors, estimation of the construction timelines and the evaluation of the construction costs. 

Ronin Real Estate Development is a member of the following organizations, Gold Coast Builders Association, Florida Home Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Ronin is also a State Approved contractor and a member of the famous “My Safe Florida Home” program. Home Owners under this program, can qualify for up to a $5000 state grant, for helping prepare their homes for hurricanes.
